• The property postcode, and a full address only if you give it later.
• Your description of the items, timescale and access notes.
• Photographs you upload of the items.
• Basic technical information used to limit spam submissions.

Why we use it

We use this information to assess the items, contact you about your enquiry, arrange a buying visit and, where agreed, arrange purchase and collection. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering a contract. Optional marketing contact relies on your consent and is unticked by default.

Photographs

Photographs are stored privately and are visible only to authorised staff. Images are re-saved when you upload them, which removes embedded camera metadata such as GPS location. Please do not include people or personal documents in your photographs.

Who sees your information

Authorised staff of Too Good To Throw Recycling Ltd, and our hosting and database providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell your information. Where clearance is discussed, we may share relevant details with our associated clearance service so it can quote separately.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records and photographs are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting purchase, and then for a limited retention period set by the business. The retention period must be confirmed by the owner before launch.

Your rights
